Integrated Network Strategies Announces Merger With Hoosier Tech Pros, LLC

Date: March 20, 2014

For Immediate Release

Integrated Network Strategies (INS) and Hoosier Tech Pros, LLC (HTP) are proud to announce their merger, effective immediately and will operate under the Integrated Network Strategies name.

Two years ago, Integrated Network Strategies helped form Hoosier Tech Pros, LLC as a strategic technology partnership. The purposes of the partnership were to leverage the strengths of the individual partner companies and to provide a way for each company to access expertise they would not otherwise have.

Since the time the partnership was established, the individual businesses have experienced growth and the need for the partnership have decreased to the point that the effort to maintain the partnership outweighed its benefits. The partners recently met and determined that the interests of the HTP clients would best be served if the partnership was dissolved and INS took over customer support.

When asked how this change will affect existing HTP clients, Dan Crawford, Vice-President of INS, responded “We believe this change will help us provide you with better service utilizing our in-house expertise.  At the same time, we will be able to provide an expanded set of services.”

Crawford also added, “We are excited to bring our HTP clients into the INS family, and we hope it will be a positive experience for everyone involved.”

Integrated Network Strategies is an established IT services company with a strong track record.   INS has been providing a full range IT support services since 1989 when it was founded as Knipp & Co.  The company incorporated into INS in 1996, adding software development services to its portfolio.  Additional information can be found at http://www.insindy.com/.

Hoosier Tech Pros, LLC is a computer services company that offers a variety of affordable services for residential and business users to help keep them up and running.
